| 内容記述 | ジャガイモ（学名Solanum tuberosum）は，トマト（学名Solanum lycopersicum），サツマイモ（学名Ipomoea batatas）と並び，日本の保育および学校現場の栽培活動で取り扱われる代表的な栽培植物である。本報告では，保育者および小学校教員が，環境領域や生活科において行う栽培活動を支援するために，日本の東海地域におけるジャガイモの栽培手順をまとめた。手順は，２つの表，21枚の写真とともに，栽培暦，道具と肥料，畑の耕起，種イモの準備，種イモの植え付け，世話と収穫の６つに分けて記述した。 The potato (Solanum tuberosum), along with the tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) and the sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas), are representative cultivated plants that are handled in cultivation activities at nursery and elementary schools in Japan. In this report, A cultivation procedure of the Potato Solanum tuberosum in Tokai region of Japan was summarized in order to support the cultivation activities of nursery and elementary school teachers in the Environment and the Living Environment Studies. The procedure was descripted dividing 6 sections, cultivation calendar, tools and fertilizers, field plowing, seed potato preparation, seed potato planting, and care and harvesting with 2 tables and 21 photographs. |
