{"created":"2023-06-20T13:54:34.383979+00:00","id":3532,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"85f60342-2515-4af4-aa61-3e80399c7712"},"_deposit":{"created_by":14,"id":"3532","owners":[14],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"3532"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:lib.sugiyama-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003532","sets":["561:562:927:1060"]},"author_link":["6657","6315","1289","5057"],"item_10002_biblio_info_31":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2023-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"53","bibliographicPageStart":"43","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"15","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"椙山女学園大学看護学研究"},{"bibliographic_title":"Nursing research of Sugiyama Jogakuen University","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_29":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"要 旨\n【目的】 本学は2019年より,看護学生(以下学生と略す)に対して認知症サポーター養成講座を開講している.本研究は,認知症サポーター養成講座受講した学生を対象とした.臨地実習や地域の中で,認知症サポーター養成講座の学びの活用の有無と,活用した内容を明らかにすることを目的とする.\n【方法】 ₁年次に認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した学生34名を対象とした.認知症サポーター養成講座の学びから,臨地実習の中で活用の有無,地域の中で活用の有無と臨地実習の中で活用した内容,地域の中で活用した内容についてオンライン調査した.活用内容は,自由記述式のオンライン調査を行い臨地実習の中で活用した内容,地域の中で活用した内容は学生の考えと行動に着目し,意味ある文脈を抽出し,コード化した.意味の類似性・相違性に沿って分類を整理し,サブカテゴリーを抽出した.さらにサブカテゴリーを集約し,カテゴリーを抽出した.\n【結果】 認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した学生24人より,調査の協力を得た.認知症サポーター養成講座の学びの活用については,臨地実習の中で活用できた学生は,16名(66.7%).臨地実習の中で活用できなかった学生は,₈名(33.3%)であった.地域の中で活用できた学生は,10名(41.7%)地域の中で活用できなかった学生は,14名(58.3%)であった.臨地実習の中での活用した内容は,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者への知識とイメージ】,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者が安心する姿勢】,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者安心するコミュニケーション】,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者を支える環境】の4カテゴリーが抽出された.地域の中での活用した内容は,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者の尊厳を守る】,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者を支える地域啓発活動】,【認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者の家族支援】【アルバイトの中で認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者のサポート】,の₄カテゴリーが抽出された.\n【考察・結論】 認知症サポーター養成講座を受講した学生の学びの活用は,臨地実習では約₇割であった.地域の中での活用は,約₄割であった.学生の学びの活用内容は,臨地実習では,認知症を伴う療養者と高齢者に対する関わり方は【知識】を持ち【イメージ】化を図り,対象者が安心する【姿勢】と【コミュニケーション】の方法を考え,生活する【環境】づくりが必要と考えていた.地域では,【尊厳を守る】気持ちを持ち,安心して生活できるように地域での【啓発活動】や【アルバイトの中でサポート】していた.また,家族に認知症への理解を伝え【家族支援】をも行っていた.今後は,学生の臨地実習や地域の中での行動や得られた体験を学生間で共有する機会を設け,学びの深化につなげる.さらに,具体的な活用方法をイメージ化できる教授法にしていく.\nSummary\n[Purpose] Our university started a dementia supporter training course for nursing students (hereinafter referred to as \"students\") in 2019. The purpose is to clearly report on the relationship and behavior with the elderly and patients with dementia through clinical training, their own life, and the community after the course.\n[Method] An open-ended questionnaire survey was conducted online with 34 students who had taken the dementia supporter training course about \"useful situations\" and \"useful contents\" as a dementia supporter, based on the course contents. Descriptive statistics were used for the useful situations, and students' thoughts and actions were focused on the useful contents. Meaningful contexts are extracted and coded. These codes were classified and sorted according to similarities and differences in meanings, and subcategories were extracted. These subcategories were then aggregated and categorized.\n[Results] The survey was responded to by 24 students who attended the dementia supporter training course. Of them, 16 students (66.7%) successfully applied what they had learned in clinical training after completing the dementia supporter training course. In their daily lives and communities, 10 students (41.7%) used their learning. In respect of the useful contents, the following four categories were extracted for the utilization in clinical training: [knowledge and image of patients and the elderly with dementia], [attitude which allows patients and the elderly with dementia to feel safe], [communication which allows patients and the elderly with dementia to feel safe], and [creation of an environment to support patients and the elderly with dementia]. The following four categories were extracted for the utilization in their daily lives and communities: [perspective to have respect for patients and the elderly with dementia], [awareness-raising activities to support patients and the elderly with dementia in the community], [support for families of patients and the elderly with dementia], and [community support for patients and the elderly with dementia through part-time jobs].\n[Conclusion and implications] After taking the dementia supporter training course, the students attempted to [acquire knowledge and form an image] of dementia in clinical training and consider and adopt [attitude] and ways of [communication] to allow patients and the elderly with dementia to feel safe in having a relationship with the elderly, patients, and living people with dementia. In addition, they were aware of their role as a dementia supporter in their daily lives and communities, and actively provided [community support for patients and the elderly with dementia through part-time jobs]. In the future, students will occasionally be given the opportunity to share useful actions to help themselves in clinical training and communities, as well as experiences gained. That will contribute to developing their supporting capacity, knowledge, and skills as dementia supporters and nursing students.
