A total of 23 articles that met the inclusion criteria were obtained from Ichushi-web. Participants comprised 14 children and 18 adults. For children, four child/adolescence psychiatric wards, two psychiatric wards/child adolescent ambulatory care, and a child consultation center were selected. Five studies were carried out on nurses and nursing records; of these, four were case studies. The three case studies in psychiatric wards were further analyzed. Compared to nursing for adults, support for discharge destinations and caregivers was consistently conscious. The articles involving adult participants included case studies from the wards, except for one article related to employment support provided for day treatment, and was further analyzed by classifying it into 7 cases during hospitalization, and 6 cases after discharge. The studies carried out in hospital settings were of short duration, had no history of growth, and focused only on problematic behaviors.
