がある子どもの母親の手記等の記載内容を踏まえ，保育の現場における自閉スペクトラム症の特性がある幼児の母親支援のあり方について検討することを目的とした。\n　母親の心情に関する手記等の記載内容について，基本的には先行研究などと同様であったが，個別性が高いことが確認できた。例えば，専門機関などで「診断等されてショックを受ける」と記載されているのは８事例中７事例であるが，「診断等されてすっきりとした気持ちになる」などと記載されているのは４事例であり，「受け入れる心の準備がない状態で診断を仰ぐのは，親にとってかなり厳しいこと」と記載されている事例があった。母親に子どもの発達特性を受け止めるなどの「心の準備」がないと思われる場合は保育者が専門機関での相談などを勧めることは母親を精神的に追い詰める可能性があることから慎重に検討すべきと考える。保育の現場での「気になる」段階からの支援は，極めて困難な課題であるとの認識のもと，組織的に，可能な範囲で子どもと母親な\nどの状況を把握し，育児に不安や困難を感じていたり，自信を失っていたり，「心の準備」がなかったり，保育者その他周囲の者との関係性で心が傷ついていたり被害的になっていたり，さらに自死を考える可能性があることなど，それぞれの母親の心情を推し量り進めることが重要であると考える。なお，半数以上の事例で子どもが乳幼児期のときの母親の心情として「働きかけへの反応が乏しく不安を感じる」，「親子の絆が感じられず寂しい」，「子どもの行動に不安・負担を感じる」，「コミュニケーションがとれず不安・情けなさを感じる」，「子どもの行動や言うことをきかないことに腹が立つ」，「育て方がわからず不安・育児が困難を極める」，「叱責や体罰を加える」，「発達していることやアタッチメント行動を感じるとうれしい」などと記載されていたことから，この時期の支援は，親子関係の健全な形成を重視して進める必要があると考えた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.20557/00003423","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_33":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"椙山女学園大学教育学部"}]},"item_10002_source_id_34":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1883-8626","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_source_id_37":{"attribute_name":"NCID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA12319071","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"中島,
