@article{oai:lib.sugiyama-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00003434, author = {高植, 幸子 and 奥野, 友紀 and 武田, 智美 and 李, 秀訂 and 瀧田, 咲枝}, journal = {椙山女学園大学看護学研究, Nursing research of Sugiyama Jogakuen University}, month = {Mar}, note = {要 旨 目的:本研究の目的は,看護学生を対象とした自己教育力の研究では自己教育力をどのように定義しているか,検討された関連因子ならびに自己教育力を促進する教育方略を概観および整理することである. 方法:医中誌Web,CiNii Articles,EBSCO hostのCINAHL with Full Text&MEDLINE with Full Textの電子データベースを用いた.検索ワードは,#1看護学生(nursing students or student nurses or undergraduate student nurses), #₂自己教育力(self-directed learning)とした.文献の発行期間は2010年1月から2021年₉月とした.検索された文献から看護学生を対象とした自己教育力に関する論文や資料を抽出し,PRAISMA-SrRのガイドラインに従い,スコーピングレビューを行った. 結果:自己教育力の定義は,梶田の概念である「自ら学び成長させていく力」が多く用いられていた.しかし,尺度の構成概念は多様で,自己教育力の定義については,概念整理がさらに必要と考えられた.自尊感情,学習動機,達成動機,実習,年齢などの,16の関連因子が明らかとなった.ポートフォリオ,事例検討,ルーブリック評価などの多くの教育方略が検討されていたが,明確に自己教育力を促進したとは言い難かった. 結論:看護学生を対象とした自己教育力の研究では,自己教育力の定義は幅広く,その側面も関連因子も多様であった.検討された多くの教育方略の有効性は明確ではなかった., Abstract Scoping review on self-directed learning ability for Japanese nursing students  Purpose: The purpose of this study is to overview and organize about how self-directed learning (SDL) ability defined, the related factors examined and the educational strategies promoted SDL ability. Method: We used the electronic database of CINAHL with Full Text & MEDLINE with Full Text in EBSCO host, Medical Central Journal Web, and CiNii Articles, The search words were # 1 “nursing students or student nurses or undergraduate student nurses”, and # 2 “self-directed learning”. The publication period of the literature was from January 2010 to September 2021. We extracted papers and materials on SDL ability for nursing students from an electronic database and conducted a scoping review according to the guidelines of PRAISMA-SrR. Results: Kajita's concept of "the ability to learn and grow by oneself" was often used as the definition of self-directed learning ability. However, the constructs of scale parameters are diverse, and it is considered necessary to further organize the concepts of self-educational ability. 16 related factors such as self-esteem, learning motivation, achievement motivation, practice, and age were clarified. Many educational strategies such as portfolio, case study, and rubric evaluation were examined, but it was hard to say that they clearly promoted SDL ability. Conclusion: In the study of SDL ability for nursing students, the definition of SDL ability was broad, and its aspects and related factors were diverse.
